Exhibitions and promotions

At the 6ECM there will be many opportunities to promote mathematical societies and other organizations, publishers, companies related to mathematical research and education (including software, mathematical games etc.)

Possible promotional opportunities offered by the 6ECM organizers include:

• an exhibition stand of approx. 6 sq.m. (or double) in the Exhibition Hall at the conference venue - the Auditorium Maximum of the Jagiellonian University;
• distribution of promotional printed materials by including them among the conference materials that will be distributed to the participants;
• advertisements in the conference program booklet, which will be distributed to the participants;
• displaying companies' logos and/or advertisements on a screen in the main lobby of the conference venue;
• mention of companies as sponsors of the 6ECM on the 6ECM website (link "sponsors") and in the conference program booklet.

The income from the promotional activities will be used to support the organization of the 6ECM and, possibly, other mathematical activities.

Everybody interested in promotional activities during the 6ECM is cordially invited to contact the organisers at exhibition@6ecm.pl to obtain  "The 6ECM Exhibition and promotion manual" which containins detailed information.

All orders, in particular reservations of the exhibition booths, should be placed via the reservation form.
The applications deadline passed on April 30, 2012 and the reservation form is no more available.
